field research

Field research and data/media expeditions are critical to the witnessing of the state of biocultural and natural environment dynamics and essential to informing the creation of new work engaging the dynamics and emergence of biological narrativity and ecological memory.

Recent field work has been conducted across the biodiverse hotspots of the Western Hemishere from Atlantic Canada to the tropical Equatorial Andean Glaciers and its' watershed into the upper Amazon of Ecuador and Peru. Addtional field research sampling and recording has been carried out in the Gran Pantanal of Brazil, the Amazon mainstem of Peru and the Occidental Cloud Forest of Ecuador. Below is a sample of recent field research expeditions and their summaries. The Big Map of field research, expeditions and associated creative works can be viewed HERE.
